I dunno where to put this, I'm guessing this is the best place.  I'm going to be gone probably from Dec 23rd~Jan 5th.  I'm going to California, and I'm going to march in the Rosebowl Parade.  Don't forget to watch it   My band is LNHS (Lakeville North High School) and I have no idea where we are in the parade.  Look for us, we have black, white, and red.  And...I'm going to Disneyland too! w00t!  Also Universal Studios...and Laguna Beach, I think. I guess I'll have to tell everyone how it went when I get back.  

And FYI: The parade is about 6 miles long  :/

Turns out my dad isnt picking me up till later.  I play alto saxophone, and we'll be just about in the middle of the parade.     We are like 53rd out of 97 groups in the parade.

I'll be watchin'!

I couldn't recognize the tune you guys were playing...what was it?  Your uniforms were cool.  I also loved the float behind you--the Dinomites!  Awesome!  Brought me back to the one marching band gig I did--we only marched 3.5 miles though--yep, I'm a wimp.  Enjoy the rest of your trip!        

Well I watched, and I saw! Well, I saw your whole band, I mean. They zoomed over the sax players but then they cut to a commercial. Went by so fast. BUT YA PLAYED WELL.  

Yea, I saw some saxes on HGTV, but I couldnt see myself sadly...

To Everett:  We played Fury by Prince   It was a very annoying song because we pretty much play the same thing over and over the whole time...and it was the ONLY song we played in the whole parade
